Order processing may take between 24-72 hours, once all fraud verifications have been done. Orders with future delivery dates indicated will be held until the appropriate ship date, but should be considered confirmed. During the busiest holiday seasons of the year, we do our best to ship out your gift basket on the same day but, it can sometimes be delayed due to heavy business volume.
Cancelled orders will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. If the order has already been sent out for delivery, no refund is permitted.
For undeliverable baskets or change of addresses required, an additional shipping charge will apply - even for Free Ship gifts. If the basket is returned to us, an applicable amount for shipping charges (for Free Ship baskets as well) will be incurred.
ALL applicable taxes are included in all our gift prices for both Canada and the USA. PST (Provincial Sales Tax), GST (Goods & Services Tax) and HST (Harmonized Sales Tax) are included in all prices for gift baskets delivered in Canada.
Prices are listed in Canadian and USD dollars. If you pay with a USD credit card via our secure payment account, the actual conversion rate of exchange is calculated by your own credit card company or bank. If you pay via Paypal, the amount will be in USD.
Be assured that your payments via this site are secure. We do not hold and/or see any of your financial credit card information. All processing is done through OUR secure payment processor or Paypal. If paying with VISA or MASTERCARD, you may fax your order information to us at 1-819-332-0697.

We have locations in both Canada and USA. As such, our gift baskets are available to ship to both Canada and the USA! We have made navigation easy with well defined categories for both countries. NOTE: Not every basket is available for shipment to both Canada and the USA. This will be noted in the gift basket descriptions.
Regular delivery is via best available service - usually Fed Ex Ground Services, Canpar, DHL, UPS, USPS or Canada Post. We reserve the right to utilize our local courier service if necessary on a per delivery basis. Current rates vary based on the delivery destination and the size weight of the gift basket. Please note that our couriers GROUND shipping does not offer guaranteed delivery transit times - delivery times below are approximate.
Shipping charges are per gift basket, and cannot be bundled. Rates for Shipping and Handling may change without notice.
Deliveries are made between the hours of 9:00-5:00 weekdays, and are not presently available on Saturdays, Sundays and Canadian and/or US holidays. Canadian and American holidays vary by year. Normal holidays include Christmas, Boxing Day, New Year's Day, Thanksgiving, Easter, Canada Day, Independence Day, Victoria Day, St Jean Baptiste Day (Quebec).
Guaranteed Priority Overnight Delivery (Express) is also available. These orders can be accepted until 9 am EST. Express shipment fees are strictly based on dimensional weight of the shipping box (DIM). Simply choose Priority Overnight Delivery from the attribute drop down menu when placing your orders.
Important Note:
We are in NO WAY responsible for shipping delays due to incorrect OR incomplete address information provided at ordering time. Please be sure to enter the shipping and billing addresses correctly. Missing apartment numbers or suites can cause a delivery delay.
We strongly DISCOURAGE sending parcels to HOSPITALS and HOTELS. Please be sure to provide the recipient's room number if the gift must be delivered to a hotel or hospital. Keep in mind that most often the parcels are sent to General Receiving areas and have a higher chance of getting lost or delivered after the recipient has been discharged or checked out.
We must also follow the guidelines provided by our carriers and therefore are not responsible for delays due to weather or other acts of God.
Lost Packages
We cannot be held responsible for shipments once they have left our premises. If a parcel has been deemed lost by one of our carriers, we will submit a claim with them and will re-ship a replacement once the loss has been determined. Shipping refunds are not provided for Ground Delivery options. Please maintain your tracking information which will be available through your online account, in order to verify delivery and tracking of the package.
We maintain a strong product guarantee with regards to customer satisfaction. If a gift arrives and there has been an oversight on our part with respect to a product defect, or if there has been breakage during transport, you must ensure that the gift is left in it's original packaging and condition, and contact customer service within 4 days in regards to a refund, replacement or credit for original product value. Unauthorized returns are not permitted.
