The bourbon was crafted from a mashbill of 86 percent corn, 8 percent barley and 6 percent rye and matured in new, American oak casks.Barterhouse Kentucky Bourbon Whiskey was matured for twenty years, and as a result, has a dark golden brown color. The bourbon has an aroma of charcoal, honeyed oak and vanilla beans that give way to notes caramel, marzipan, buttered toast and candied oranges on the palate.
